James Hourihan who is a director and co-founder of JL Academy Ltd was also the founder of Timian Learning and Development way back in 1994. In the 31 years since then, James and his colleagues have delivered the Timian Programme to hundreds of thousands of people from exotic Manchester to bustling Port Stanley in the Falklands.
