Venue Requirements
1. Critical Space Requirement
To comply with Timian BILD ACT Certification standards, the physical training space is non-negotiable.
Minimum Required Space: 140 square metres
This space (approx. 12m x 12m) must be clear of clutter (no extra chairs, tables, or cabinets) to safely practice physical techniques. If the room provided is smaller than this standard, the trainer reserves the right to cancel the physical component of the course for safety reasons[cite: 964, 970].
Environment
- Quiet environment free of traffic/distractions[cite: 966].
- Adequate temperature control (heating/cooling)[cite: 982].
- Clean, safe flooring (Carpet or mats preferred).
- Access available from 8:45 AM to 5:00 PM[cite: 982].
Equipment & AV
- Projection Screen or 60"+ HD TV[cite: 974].
- Flip chart with paper and pens[cite: 976].
- Small table for the Trainer[cite: 972].
- Electrical outlet & extension lead/power bar[cite: 984].
Layout & Logistics
- U-Shaped table layout (or round tables) facing screen[cite: 978].
- Sufficient chairs for all participants.
